If you are more than 80 km from your home and a covered component fails, ECP will provide financial assistance to cover the costs of hotels, meals and replacement transportation*.
Under certain conditions, Extra Care Protection reimburses you up to $60 per day for replacement transportation, for a maximum period of five days.
As an accomplice of your travels, our service offers you a tool kit including maps, alternative routes and other tourist guides so that you can better enjoy every moment.
When you purchase an ECP contract, roadside assistance and mechanical breakdown towing services are extended from the original 48 months to the full term of the contract, unlimited mileage.
Coverage for vehicle components is extended for 48 months/80,000 km at the selected term, including on the powertrain, as described in the Lexus Owner's Manual Supplement.
Original road damaged tires are covered by Tire Protection Against Road Hazards. This coverage is valid for 36 months or 50,000 km, and includes installation and balancing.
